Success preparatory academy

Academic Systems Project: Construct and implement Louisiana Core aligned academic systems. Develop 75 person team's capacity to implement. Included curriculum restructure, coaching model implementation, development of instructional leadership team.

Results: 23 point jump in School Performance Score in one year moving the school from a 56.9 to 80.3. 

A huge win for the 500 K-8 students in the historic Treme neighborhood of New Orleans, as a result of our partnership.
